Especially during the last three months of pregnancy, the unborn foal undergoes the most significant development. It is therefore extremely important, particularly in this period, to properly support the mare with the right nutrients. HAVENS Ferto-LAC 3 was developed especially for this period up until the weaning period. This special pellet can also be fed earlier in pregnancy to support the development of the foetus. Ferto-LAC 3 is enriched with the unique Multi-Calcium-Complex, a high dose of Copper (Cu), rich vitamins and an increased share of energy and protein. Not only to support the growth and development of the foal, but also to contribute to the optimal health of the mare, during and after the foal's birth. Note that after birth, the mare's energy and protein requirements increase explosively. Extra concentrate is important during this period to ensure that the mare maintains a good weight. Thanks to its increased protein content, Ferto-LAC 3 is also very suitable for studs.
